In der App (sofort)
Öffne Recovery Hero, tippe unten auf Profil, dann oben auf das Zahnrad (Einstellungen) und ganz unten auf Konto löschen. Nach der Bestätigung werden dein Konto und deine Daten sofort gelöscht.
Ohne App (per E-Mail)
Du hast die App nicht mehr installiert? Schreib uns von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an team@recoveryhero.app mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“ und, falls du ihn weißt, deinem Benutzernamen. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir das per E-Mail.
Was gelöscht wird
— Dein Konto: E-Mail-Adresse, Benutzername und Profilbild
— Dein Trainingsverlauf und deine Statistiken
— Deine Likes, gespeicherten Flows, Freundschaften und die Trainer, denen du folgst
— Als Trainer: dein Trainer-Profil, deine Nachweise und deine veröffentlichten Flows samt aller Videos
Was bleibt
Flows, die du angeschaut hast, zählen für die Trainer weiter als anonyme Aufrufe, ohne jeden Bezug zu dir. Pseudonyme Nutzungsstatistiken (ohne Name und E-Mail) löschen wir auf Wunsch mit, schreib uns dazu einfach kurz.
Delete your account
In the app (immediately)
Open Recovery Hero, tap Profile at the bottom, then the gear icon (Settings) at the top and Delete account at the very bottom. Once you confirm, your account and your data are deleted right away.
Without the app (by email)
No longer have the app installed? Email us from the address of your account at team@recoveryhero.app with the subject “Delete account” and, if you know it, your username. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
— Your account: email address, username and profile photo
— Your training history and statistics
— Your likes, saved flows, friends and the trainers you follow
— For trainers: your trainer profile, your documents and your published flows including all videos
What remains
Flows you have watched still count for the trainers who made them as anonymous views, without any link to you. On request we also delete pseudonymous usage statistics (no name, no email), just let us know.
